SI Games have announced the first patch for Football Manager 2008 will be with us soon. Neil Dejyothin from SI Games wrote the following: Hi All, Thanks for continuing to support us by purchasing Football Manager 2008, it means a great deal to everybody connected to making the game. We are busy working on the 8.0.1 Patch and while we do not have a specific release date in mind at this time, we hope to have it ready for public download within a couple of weeks. The 8.0.1 Patch will resolve many of the issues you've reported to us and we'd like to thank all of you who have contributed in the Bugs Forums. As soon as we have a specific date set in stone, we will keep you informed by posting again as well as providing a list of changes too. Thanks for your patience during this time. Cheers, Neil
